The concierges usually have split shirts to cover most of the day. Please avoid contacting the concierges for anything non urgent after 11pm. You can contact the concierges via their mobile for anything urgent 24 hours.

You can contact them for: 
-    Delivery of parcels, recovering parcels delivered to wrong building, packages put through the front letterboxes. 
-    Making them aware of maintenance issues on the complex
-    Reporting anti-social behaviour
-    Getting access to Gym, Pool, Post Rooms, Bike Store or Car Park Fobs
-    Adding to the Intercom for 55-57 Whitworth St
-    Security incidents, rough sleepers, Police evidence and recovering camera footage
-    Assisting with disposal of items that won’t fit down the bin chutes, but are small enough to fit in the large bins in the car park.
